Robert has more than 45 years of industry experience both in Private Practice and Corporate Physical Therapy (PT). He entered Private Practice in 1978 providing out-patient and in-patient PT under contract with acute and long-term care facilities. In 1994 his company, Kings Physical Therapy was acquired by Rehab Clinics Inc, the predecessor to NovaCare Outpatient Rehabilitation.

Robert worked for NovaCare through 2000. As Area Vice President for NovaCare, Robert was instrumental in growing the business through start-ups and acquisitions to over 50 clinic sites with 500+ employees throughout California and Oregon. He has been the recipient of the NovaCare Chairman’s award in 1998, NovaCare’s highest award and was honored as Practice Owner of the year by Breakthrough PT Marketing, a Private Practice group of 600+ offices in 2017.

He currently is President of Bacci & Glinn Physical Therapy in California, where he oversees a staff of 35 employees providing out-patient PT services with over 30,000 visits annually. He also serves as a consultant to a large CA IPA insuring 300,000+ lives.

Robert was recently recognized by Fresno State University – College of Health and Human Services as the recipient of the Physical Therapy Hero Award for 2020. LinkedIn
