We learned several strategies for effective communication between different generational groups (see below) which will enhance our ability to communicate within our organization, improve relationships with one another as well as our patients.
Before 1945: Silent Generation
1946-1964: Baby Boomers
1965-1980: Generation X
1981-1996: Millennials
1997-2012: Generation Z
After 2013: Generation Alpha.
