Lesley speaks German, English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently and can communicate in Italian, French and Twi. She lived, studied and worked in Germany, Portugal, Brazil, London and New York. Lesley has a B.A. in Sociology and Cultural Studies and received her M.A. in International Politics and Human Rights in 2012. During that 5 year period she worked as a sales assistant and supervisor at Replay Fashion Box Ltd, where she broke numerous sales records and had the highest scores throughout Europe. Shortly after that she worked at the Honorary Consulate of Ghana and the Kompetenzwerk e.V. as a language instructor for unaccompanied minor refugees.

Lesley outperformed all female students and the majority of male students for 13 years in school sports in Germany, while also being the captain of her dance team. Her passion for sports and movement is one of the reasons why she currently works as a project manager at a football academy in Germany and why she decided to join Kinetic Care Group’s venture.
